1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jua365 ("jua365," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jua365.org and all associated subdomains and mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on any game or sports market available through jua365, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. 3. Account Registration and Identity Verification (KYC)

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the jua365 Platform. Creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances and bonuses.

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and for maintaining the accuracy of that information throughout the duration of your account. jua365 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from inaccurate registration information provided by you.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal request, jua365 is required to complete identity verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and PAGCOR regulations. You will be required to submit valid Philippine government-issued identification (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, UMID, driver's license) and proof of ownership of the withdrawal method. KYC verification is typically completed within twenty-four (24) hours of document submission.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify jua365 immediately via the official support channels.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

jua365 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya/PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso unless otherwise specified.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with jua365's standard processing times. GCash and Maya/PayMaya withdrawals are typically credited within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes following approval. jua365 reserves the right to apply verification checks to any withdrawal request, including requesting documentation of funds, before processing payment. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as owned by the account holder.

jua365 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or telecommunications networks. Any transfer fees imposed by payment processors are the responsibility of the Player unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotional terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jua365 offers promotional bonuses subject to individual offer terms. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. 6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the jua365 Platform operate using independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) software or live dealer systems, as applicable. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel.

In the event of a technical failure, game malfunction, or system error that results in an interrupted game round, jua365 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. jua365 is not liable for payouts on games that have malfunctioned.

The outcome of live dealer games is determined by the actions of professionally trained dealers in a certified studio environment. jua365 does not manipulate live dealer game outcomes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jua365 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating multiple accounts or assisting others in creating accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent wagering activity;
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any activity that violates applicable AML laws;
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity or payment method;
• Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy, or any technology designed to mask your true location for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

jua365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct. In cases of confirmed fraud, jua365 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all balances in the account.

Players may close their accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting jua365 support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of all applicable KYC requirements.

9. Responsible Gaming

jua365 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon application.

jua365's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jua365 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact jua365 support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jua365 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve any Player dispute within thirty (30) days of receipt of a written complaint.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jua365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on their account, or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your account.
